Smart Shark Platform, Inc. Refund Policy

Membership

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your Smart Shark membership, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: After the initial 30 days, you may receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your membership, provided that no courses have been taken.
  • Non-Refundable Memberships: If you have invested in a SMART Fund, your membership fee is non-refundable.
  • Transferable Membership: In the unfortunate event of your death, your membership can be transferred to a designated beneficiary.

eBook

  • All Sales Final: All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Rebate Credit: The eBook is valued at the purchase price in rebate credit, which can be applied towards a membership or a SMART Fund.

SMART Fund

  • Non-Refundable During Crowdfunding Window: During the SMART Fund crowdfunding window, no partial returns will be executed. Your purchase of a SMART Fund position is non-refundable. This ensures the integrity and commitment required for the success of the funded projects.
  • Liquidation Option After One Year: One year after a SMART Fund window has closed, you have the option to liquidate your SMART Fund position based on the terms outlined in your SMART Fund agreement. This allows for flexibility and potential access to your investment returns while maintaining the structured approach necessary for the growth and success of the funded ventures.

Merchandise

  • Clothing: Clothing items are eligible for exchange credit only. No refunds will be provided.
  • Other Merchandise: All other merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.
